Value of small wins

We all love big goals. Big wins. But real progress often comes in small, barely-noticed steps. It's like a snowball.

In work and life small wins create momentum. They build confidence. They give you the proof you need that you're moving forward. Say you're learning a new skill or building up your team; aiming for those big leaps can feel overwhelming. But a few small wins, like finally understanding a concept or successfully guiding a team discussion, or resolve those difficult conversations can mean a lot. Those are the steps that eventually lead to the bigger achievements.

So, celebrate the little things. They're the ones that keep us going when big goals feel miles away. And when you look back, you'll see those "small wins" were what got you to the big win in the end.
